Personal training offers a holistic approach to training, taylor made to meet the individuals goals.
Personal training can take place
wherever suits you be it the gym, local park, your office or home to meet your needs and time constraints.
You will receive an initial consultation
where your goals will be discussed and your general fitness and lifestyle will be assessed. The life style and fitness appraisal
gives us a bench mark to start from, something to refer back to monitor progress and a chance to establish any injuries or
medical conditions you may have.
Once
we have jointly agreed on your goals and set them, a program will be developed to enable you to achieve them. You are not
given a copy of the program, it is used as a guideline by the trainer and may be changed on a session by session basis
taking into consideration injuries or illness on the day and varying equipment available.
Personal training is €25 a session and lasts one hour (prices may vary depending on location)
