Slim Salmon works freelance so is not tied to a gym, making things more flexible for you, your training can
be done at home, the local park, office or where ever else is appropriate for you (this can include gym if you wish).
Slim Salmon offers a truly personal approach with services ranging from Nutrition advice and weight management
through to a sports specific periodised program. The choice is yours!
Slim Salmon also offers group personal training for up to 4 people. This keeps the cost down to the individual and
